Return Criteria

  • Unopened Items: Unopened items can be returned in any quantity within the 30-day window.
  • Opened Items: For opened items, returns are limited to 2 items per model within the 30-day window.
  • Incomplete Returns: Returns that do not meet the above criteria may result in a partial refund, depending on the specific circumstances.


How to Return an Item

  • Prepare Your Return: Ensure the product is in its original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and paperwork included.
  • Ship Your Return: Send the item back to us using your preferred shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.


Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
